Grant joined the Odyssey House and Odyssey Foundation Boards of Trustees in 2006 and was appointed Vice Chairman of the Odyssey Foundation Board of Trustees in 2010.

He serves on finance, strategic planning, and development committees.

Grant is Managing Director of Capital Markets at Cowen and Company and has been working in capital markets for more than 11 years across many sectors, including health care, technology, communications, media and industrials. Prior to joining Cowen, he worked at Banc of America Securities, Lehman Brothers, and PaineWebber.

Grant earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Columbia Business School with a Master of Business Administration, Beta Gamma Sigma.
